We believe that we are all leaders. dependent on the situation we have 400,OOO years of leadership evolution that is pre-installed in our DNA. We just need to unlock it.
We believe that participants find their own answers and the power that comes from this stays with you for life. It’s a form of visceral learning, proceeding from instincts or natural intelligence rather than intellect. There are no wrong answers here.
Dominance is not leadership. Using authentic and being aware of ego creates a different way of learning. We use horses in some of our videos as key components of natural connection. Horses only need to know three things 1) “am I safe”; 2) “can I trust you”; and 3) “who is leading right now”.
We aim to switch off the analytical mind to take away complexity and to guide you into learning in a different way. The structure is simple so that you can remember the content and then apply it the very next day.
We believe that you learn more through fun and play. This could challenging as we gave up that style Of learning in primary school; however, please stay open, especially through the videos, where we have tried to capture our delegates stepping outside their comfort zone.

Once enrolled you will have lifetime access to the course and its materials. There are six modules, which are released one per week over a period of six weeks. As such, it will be a minimum of six weeks with no maximum!

Essentially, yes. This course is designed to provide a skillset to those people within their business who have the authority to instil change. Whilst junior managers and line staff will learn some interesting skills from the course, they would struggle to implement all of our suggested actions.
In our experience it will take a few hours to complete each module ‘online’. Then there will be some suggested ‘offline’ actions and activities for you to enjoy. As such, we provide a full week per module to take the pressure off your busy work schedule, in order to make the most of each module. The reason we don’t provide access to all modules at once is simply that it might feel daunting. We have designed the course to maximise your learning potential, whilst also understanding that as busy business leaders you ALL have an important day job that must take priority.
Our course focuses on enhancing the skills of participants in engaging with their teams and clients. Those who have gone through our courses explicitly state that they have experienced a change in the way they coordinate within themselves and their peers. Over a period of time this change in attitude, communication and relationship will help to foster a work environment that is healthy for the whole organisation. It is important to note that different participants process the courses differently. Some will be able to understand it immediately, while others might need some time before they fully comprehend our content. Don’t worry – we’re here to help with any questions you might have!
